Return of the NatWest Pig ! (February 14, 2009)
In April 2006 Jenny Wright at Wade published the following introduction to the most recent additions to the NatWest Pigs................................. "We are delighted to announce that we are, once again, working with NatWest Bank, in helping to promote their savings accounts and investments. Everyone opening a savings account or taking out an investment from now until the 14th April 2006 will be entered into a free prize draw to win one of 114 Woody money boxes from a production run of just 250. The exclusive, golden Woody money boxes, will be sent to the lucky winners, in a gift box, complete with certificate of authenticity. Wade and NatWest have a long and successful working relationship, dating back to the early 1980’s, when the original set of NatWest pigs were produced by Wade, followed in 1998 by Cousin Wesley.
